Starting at a young age, I noticed a unique quality I held that appeared to draw attention to me, at time conscious and other times not. I was curious and motivated to explore what attracted people what we call “magnetism”, “charm” or “presence”. Who has it? Can anyone cultivate it? And how could we harness it’s powers?
With roots deeply anchored in high desert African Shaman warriors, I was trained from an early age to appreciate & practice meditation, dance, shamanism and martial arts as a means to connect with something greater than myself.
I believe the blend of ancestral wisdom and progressive education - Studying both Ancient Traditions & Somatic Therapy - has had a powerful effect on my ability to hold myself and inhabit the space.
I devoted my life to the study & practice of different techniques to master the potential of the human body, mind & soul.
From Taoism to Tantra, Qui-Gong, Yoga, Breath-Work, Somatic Therpay… As my path continued and I found myself as a speaker on stages throughout the world, distilling this knowledge for captivated audiences, I realized the need for this honed aspect of ourselves.
As we step into leadership & build influence & impact we need to train our bodies to hold the voltage of energy that comes our way.
When in a state of presence anything I learn, study or practice integrates more quickly and absorbs into the cellular matrix of my body to reflect that which I desire. It’s not a casual approach, it’s a devoted practice to refine the elements of self.
What I have discovered, in the process of uncovering my own influences, is that this is beyond the blueprint of personal impact. It's the key to cultivate a sense of self and centeredness in the world.
The practice through which we master conscious awareness of self is one where we fully embody whatever is that we are learning, teaching, doing or being. This is Presence.
